David Reichmann

Award-Winning Director of Photography

Andre’s son, David, has been taking photographs ever since he was nine years old, when Andre gave him his first camera on a family trip to Banff National Park in Canada.

He fell in love with the art, and hasn’t put down his camera since. He’s continued to travel the globe and take photos, and has received personal mentoring from some of the best photographers in the business, such as Vincent Versace and Jerry Ghionis.

He started as an assistant with Andre when the business launched, and slowly but surely began taking photos at the events, eventually ending up as Andre Reichmann Photography’s top talent and Director of Photography.

David won the Wedisson 2016 Best Wedding Photography Award five times and the Wedaward International Wedding Photography Award six times in 2016.

In 2016 David also won five awards for his travel photography, an award for outstanding portraiture, and another three awards for wedding photography in the Details and Portraits categories. He also received five Honorable Mentioned for his work entered in the International Photography Competition 2016.

David is also an avid triathlete (swimmer, biker, runner), yoga enthusiast, weight-lifter, wannabe mathlete, and Lego-builder. He travels the globe with his brothers when he has the time, and tries to bring his camera everywhere.

“I embrace life, and make sure to always have an open mind. Above all I strive to live creatively and push the scope of my passion for adventure.  My most vital piece of gear is not my camera or lens, but my imagination."
Alex's photography career began at the age of 18 as an assistant to some of New York's most notable photographers.  His extensive experience in film photography set a foundation that readied him for the digital age. For the past ten years he’s photographed weddings full time, and his blend of editorial and traditional style has allowed him to take pictures that he adores almost as much as his clients do.
